Hey Ruslan, Are you here in Astana? I was doing a long run today mainly along the river not another runner in sight and wishing there was someone else to train with. This is my first long run since Boston. Do you know if there are any races coming up soon here in Astana? I did a marathon and a 10K in the fall, but haven't heard of anything for the spring.
